Customized Support for Collaborative Change-Makers
What is Coaching?
The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” There are many types of coaches, so choosing the right type of coach and then, the right coach, matters. I am a leadership and performance coach. My 25+ years as an organizational consultant, professional facilitator, mediator, and trainer makes me especially effective at working with Collaborative Leaders, Idea Champions and Change Makers because I love working with those not merely trying to manage the day to day, but instead, aspiring to LEAD. Coaching puts my vast experience to work, supporting courageous leaders.
Meet Marina, ICF Certified Coach
Today, such leaders are in high demand, under great pressure and out in-front. The work is rewarding but complex, risky, and too often, lonely. Coaching works, as evidenced by the fact that it continues to steadily grow in popularity, often replacing other forms of professional development. Its effectiveness derives from the fact that the coaching experience is highly personalized, offers just-in-time support, and delivers impacts, both immediate and long-term.
"Marina quickly understood how I was feeling and where I wanted to go. She helped me reframe my circumstances to see the opportunities before me. By the end of our first session, I felt equal parts relieved, energized and ready for the next chapter."
University of Delaware
"80% of people who receive coaching report increased self-confidence, and over 70% benefit from improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills. 86% of companies report that they recouped their investment on coaching"
International Coaching Federation Study, 2009
"I turned to Marina twice when I stood at a crossroads in both my personal and professional life. She helped me explore big ideas and build the confidence to take calculated risks. Some of her powerful questions still ring in my ears to this day."

What to Expect from Marina's Coaching
I am an experienced and certified professional coach (ICF ACC) trained in the Brown University's ACT Model of Leadership Coaching. My unique approach incorporates mindfulness, conflict resolution and collaborative leadership skills that achieve sustainable results for my clients. We begin with an initial “fit” assessment and then create a customized plan to attain your goals. While the approach can vary, I often recommend committing to a four-month program that combines coaching with targeted skills training to help you achieve outcomes that live on long after coaching has ended.
Individual Coaching Package
Impactful change doesn't happen overnight. This 4-month program is just the right size commitment to experience the power of coaching. This program includes:
One month of four weekly sessions to get started
Three months bi-weekly sessions to assess and adapt
Built-in check points to review progress and invite recommitment
Active outreach between sessions with
A reminder of Coaching Goals and
Review of Current ACTion Plan
A curated resource related to each week’s goals
A personal word of encouragement.
After four-months, clients have the option to recommit, building on their success and tackling new goals.
This four-month package is typically $3,000, but can vary depending on the setting.
Other Coaching Options
While I recommend a long-term approach to achieve lasting results, I recognize there's sometimes a need for short-term engagement. To make coaching accessible for everyone, individual sessions can be scheduled without making a longer commitment. Individuals sessions range from $200-350, depending on the setting.
TEAM AND GROUP COACHING
When it comes to teams, it’s not only about what you accomplish, but how you work together and feel about the process. The Team Coaching package focuses on turning a group of colleagues into a connected, functioning team.
It engages team members on multiple levels and is designed for sustained effectiveness after the coaching ends. Rates vary depending on the size of the organization and coaching team.
