How does Coaching work?

My coaching philosophy is simple: Competence builds Confidence which generates Courage. My approach helps you develop crucial skills to consciously communicate, resolve conflict, build consensus, and navigate complex change in ways that align with your values.  As you build your competence and confidence, you feel more courageous, allowing you to take on challenges, head-first, and lead into uncharted territory.

My coaching sessions are designed to help you:

What to Expect from Marina's Coaching 

I am an experienced and certified professional coach (ICF ACC) trained in the Brown University's ACT Model of Leadership Coaching. My unique approach incorporates mindfulness, conflict resolution and collaborative leadership skills that achieve sustainable results for my clients. We begin with an initial “fit” assessment and then create a customized plan to attain your goals.  While the approach can vary, I often recommend committing to a four-month program that combines coaching with targeted skills training to help you achieve outcomes that live on long after coaching has ended.

Individual Coaching Package

Impactful change doesn't happen overnight. My 10-session program completed over 4-6 months is just the right size commitment to experience the power of coaching. This program includes:

  1.  One month of weekly sessions to kick-start your transformation and create momentum for change

  2.  Three months of bi-weekly sessions to assess your progress and adapt your approach

  3.  Active outreach between sessions with

    • A reminder of your Coaching Goals and

    • Review of your Current ACTion Plan

    • A curated resource related to your goals

    • A personal word of encouragement.

  4. After four months, you'll have the option to recommit to build on your success and tackle new goals. 

This 6-month system of support is priced at $3,000.

When it comes to teams, it’s not only about what you accomplish, but how you work together and how it feels.

The Team Coaching package focuses on turning a group of colleagues into a connected, functioning team. 

It engages team members on multiple levels and is designed for sustained effectiveness after the coaching ends. Rates vary depending on the size of the organization and coaching team.
