What is Coaching?

Coaching is personalized, one-on-one support for your professional development and personal evolution. 

 

Together, we'll tap your passion, assess the gap between where you are and where you want to be, and create a sense of accountability for moving in that direction.

 

As your Coach, I will support you with skills, techniques, and deep listening as you practice and make progress over time.

This 10-session program is completed

over 4-6 months and includes:

  • 4 weekly sessions to build momentum

  • 6 bi-weekly sessions incorporate insights and make progress

  • Post-session communication with session notes and relevant resources 

  • Targeted training and other educational materials

This 4-month program is priced at $2,500.

JUST-IN-TIME COACHING

Coaching with Marina

I am an experienced and certified professional coach (ICF ACC) trained in the Brown University's ACT Model of Leadership Coaching. My unique approach incorporates mindfulness, conflict resolution and collaborative leadership skills that achieve sustainable results that live on long after coaching has ended. 

 

We begin with an initial “fit” assessment and then create a customized plan to attain your goals.  While the approach can vary, I often recommend committing to a four-month program that combines coaching with targeted skills training.

How does Coaching work?

My coaching philosophy is simple: Competence builds Confidence which generates Courage. My approach helps you develop crucial skills to consciously communicate, resolve conflict, build consensus, and navigate complex change in ways that align with your values.  As you build your competence and confidence, you feel more courageous, allowing you to take on challenges, head-first, and lead into uncharted territory.

My coaching sessions are designed to help you:

  • Deepen reflection and expand awareness about your present reality.

  • Understand choices and their likely consequences

  • Weigh strategic options against your goals and deeply held values 

  • Plan for personal stretch and risk-taking
